In addition to the previous position; I became a real asset to the bank. Below are more accomplishments with my promoted position:

• Built a ADA Compliant Website for the bank.
• Was able to help reduce costs and add new products from a vendor in contract negotiations.
• Managed and implemented 4 new online products in 2020, including a Online Business Banking product migration. These 4 products included: Promotion Suite Plus, External Loan Payments, Business Banking, and Card Management.
• Trained 100+ businesses in 2 and a half months during the migration to the new online business banking product, while taking calls to troubleshoot issues on other products.
• Resolved many ACH pass thru errors during the migration.
• Found a fix for an issue that NCR had trouble with for over a month with pass-thru files that wouldn't upload because their system was requiring a different amount of zeros in it depending on how long the account number was.
• When passing on the torch to my replacement I created over 8 hours of helpful training content for them to review for assistance while I was gone. I also gave my cell in case they needed me. 4 hours alone, just discussed the first two column's in Admin Platform.
• I have submitted over 230 ideas to NCR’s online banking products to help shape their products for digital banking, while working at First and Farmers National Bank.

Handled Online Banking Fraud issues. Used Guardian Analytics for 5 years to monitor online products for attempted fraud. Troubleshoot and resolve all Internet banking product issues that occur. Create graphics for marketing ads on both Facebook and in the Newspaper for the marketing dept. Update website content, create graphics, online fraud analytics, maintenance bank accounts, create statistics and reports for board members, activate debit cards, process return mail, research statements for customers, test new products for implementation, handle daily incoming customer phone calls related to bank accounts and online products, assist with balancing check registers, update files and procedures as necessary, review and approve registrations for all online products.
